Seventy crews will tackle the bumpy and often wet stages of next week’s Barum Czech Rally Zlín.
Motorsport Ireland and WRC2 regular Josh McErlean and James Fulton are the leading Irish crew to tackle the 200km tarmac test.
An Irish father and son are set to go head-to-head for the second time in the ERC this season as Motorsport Ireland co-drivers Mac and Arthur Kierans will both be out alongside junior contestants in the Junior FIA European Rally Championship. Mac will compete in the event with Australian driver Max McRae. With his father Arthur retained by Motorsport Ireland Rally Academy driver Aoife Raftery for the Zlin test.
Former ERC Champion Chris Ingram returns to the ERC for the first time since Rally Islas Canarias in November 2020, He will be out with co-driver Alex Kihurani again after a great first international event in Ypres.
Provisional FIA ERC3 champion Jon Armstrong will also contest Zlin in one of two Ford Fiesta Rally3s on show.
Barum Czech Rally Zlín takes place from 18 - 20 August.
