Taka Leads After Chaos On Floda

Toyota's Takamoto Katsuta leads rally sweden after Friday mornings loop turned on its head with two former champions crashing out on the 28km Floda stage.

Kalle Rovanpera was leading the rally heading into the final stage before service when he crashed out hitting a snow bank, Ott Tanak also suffered the same fate after losing the rear of his Hyundai also hiiting a snow bank.

The loss promoted the impressive Katsuta into the overall lead with Esapekka Lappi holding second overall 11.4s down despite an issue on the same stage.

Elfyn Evans holds third overall 13.3s off the leader.
