RallyFish Are delighted to announce that we are now the official International media partner for the very talented and inspirational driver Cristiana Oprea
Already seen as a trailblazer in Romanian Motorsport, Cristiana is the first Romanian woman driver to ever compete in the WRC - FIA World Rally Championship and FIA ERC - European Rally Championship
In July 2019 Cristiana and co-driver Diana Hațegan became the first ladies crew to ever represent Romania in the FIA ERC European Rally Championship, at Rally di Roma Capitale, where they finished P8 in the highly competitive ERC3 class and gained maximum points in the ERC Ladies Trophy standings.
In April 2022, Cristiana Oprea and codriver Andrei Mitrașcă competed in the World Rally Championship at 2022 Croatia Rally
Oprea is also the founder and administrator of "Femei în Motorsport", a platform dedicated to promoting all women involved in Romanian motorsport, following the Women in Motorsport concept as defined by FIA
Cristiana on the new partnership:
“I am very happy to have RallyFish as my first international media partner. Ever since I started driving I was massively inspired by seeing other women compete all around Europe, their example was fuel to my own career.
Since 2022 I pursued my goal to grow my own experience in international championships such as the Opel Electric Rally Cup, ERC and WRC. While I am doing the best I can to improve my skills every day, my mission as a rally driver is also to empower and inspire the next generation of females to follow their dreams in motorsport. Thanks to RallyFish my story can now reach a broader audience and together we can show the world that everything is possible with passion, resilience and a proper support system."
