Ingram ERC return cut short

Chris Ingram cut short his ERC return to protect the car and save funds after some unfortunate issues with the car.

Ingram had hoped and believed he would be fighting at the front on his return but that quickly looked very unlikely, Within a few kilometres of the qualifying stage the car developed an issue with the gearbox, On further examination the crew needed to replace the gearbox, Leaving Ingram with a penalty due to late arrival at the time control.

Despite the amazing effort of the team, They continued to have issues, With no hope of challenging at the front Chris decided to withdraw to save the car and the budget "Hopefully coming back stronger"
