ULSTER INTERNATIONAL RALLY

Fourmaux a target for ITRC crews

Adrien Fourmaux will face his toughest test to date in this weeks Ulster International Rally, Not only will the Frenchman have a few BRC regulars chasing him down, But this week will also see the M-Sport works driver become a target for the Irish Rally Championship crews, Who will have no problem taking a high profile scalp as they fight for position in the three way battle for Irish championship honours.

Fourmaux has taken three wins from three in the BRC this year, Unfortunately his closest challenger Keith Cronin has now withdrawn from the championship due to work commitments, Ypres and this weeks Ulster rally has also been dissapointing at the top end of the BRC with lack of numbers causing concern going forwards.

The polar opposite can be said for the Irish championship, With most events over-subscribed, Battles throughout every class and a three way fight right until the last round of the championship, Irish rallying is on a crest of a wave currently with crews fighting at home and abroad in European and World championships.

Fourmaux will find the Ulster International a very tough test and a good marker for others in relation to the level they believe they are currently at.

A great two days awaits us all.
